Take the MRT Bannan line, Tamshui line, Xindian line, or Xinyi line and get off at the Taipei Main Station. Walk along Station Front Metro Mall (in the direction of the Shinkong Mitsukoshi Department Store) and then exit through Exit Z10. Enter the Taikai Building next to the Exit Z10.
Bus
