Personal credit reports
Personal credit report inquiries on the JCIC’s web page (including inquiries about credit scores) in digital files using personal computers or mobile devices:
- Inquiries for credit reports in Chinese (including inquiries about credit scores): The first inquiry in a year (from January 1 to December 31) is free of charge. A fee of NT$80 will be charged starting from the second inquiry in the same year.
- Inquiries about personal credit scores alone in Chinese: The first inquiry in a year (from January 1 to December 31) is free of charge. A fee of NT$20 will be charged starting from the second inquiry in the same year.
- nquiries about credit reports in English (including inquiries about credit scores): NT$160 per inquiry.
- Applications for credit reports in Chinese (including inquiries about credit scores or other credit information): The first application for 1 copy of credit report in a year (from January 1 to December 31) is free of charge. A fee of NT$100 will be charged starting from the second application in the same year.
- Applications for credit reports in English (including inquiries about credit scores): A fee of NT$200 will be charged for each application for one copy (inquiries for other credit information in English not included).
- An additional fee of NT$50 will be charged for each extra copy of the same version of credit report.
- For those who are mentally or physically disabled, unemployed, people with low income, aged 65 and above, aboriginals aged 55 and above, qualified under the Act of Assistance for Family in Hardship, people with catastrophic illnesses and victims of major disasters, the report will be free of charge whether in Chinese or in English (not including inquiries for other credit information in English).
