Disclosure period of credit information retained by JCIC

In accordance to related laws and regulations and upon approval by competent authority, JCIC has set the expiration date of credit information to be disclosed and inquired by financial institutions.
Data disclosure period is automatically calculated by computer programs, but the obligatory relationship between debtor and creditor does not vanish upon expiration of data disclosure.
